Ross Sheil is a social media strategy consultant who has worked with organizations in the financial, manufacturing, entertainment and NGO sectors. He works as strategic services consultant for mobile agency Silverstone Solutions (South Africa); digital media consultant for UNICEF Jamaica; and hosts social media workshops for CARIMAC at the University of the West Indies (UWI). His work has trended globally on Twitter. Ross led the online content at the Observer and Gleaner newspapers; and co-founded FIRST Magazine. At Digicel, he was the Group Digital Manager. He remains a correspondent for The Economist’s Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) subscription service.

Carla Johnson is the Chief Experience Officer at Monumental Shift Inc and is consistently recognized as one of the top influencers in content marketing. She works as a trusted advisor to the highest level of blue chip brands and has worked with companies such as American Express, Dell, Emerson, Motorola Solutions, Western Union and US Army Corps.
She’s an instructor for the Rutgers University mini-MBA program, the Content Marketing Institute, the ANA and the Online Marketing Institute. one of the writers of the book Experiences: The 7th Era of Marketing and the Keynote speaker for the PSOJ Social Media Business Conference.

Raymond Buckle

Dennis Brooks is a graduate of St Catherine High School and remains active in the school’s alumni association; providing mentorship to students at various levels. 

At the University of the West Indies, he pursued studies in Psychology and Sociology; thereafter going on to study political science. 

Dennis has spent his professional life working in both education and mass media. He has been a successful teacher of Sociology and Caribbean Studies at The Queen’s School, Immaculate Conception High and the University of the West Indies. He’s also been a producer and presenter of some of Jamaica’s most successful talk programmes, such as The Breakfast Club, Nationwide at Five and Nationwide This Morning. 

At present, he is a Senior Presenter/Presenter and Online Editor at Nationwide News Network, where he’s worked since 2007. He manages NNN’s online platforms and also hosts a programme called Timeline, where he discusses the latest developing stories in Technology, Innovation and Social Media.

Carlette DeLeon

Raymond Buckle is the CEO of the award winning specialist agency Silverstone Solutions based in South Africa. Silverstone Solutions has been delivering high performance, next generation digital solutions across the globe for two decades and has run several hundred campaigns in the Caribbean; partnering with firms such as Digicel. Raymond and Silverstone are experts in audience building, data-mining and retargeting. He will be one of the presenters at the PSOJ Social Media Business Conference and will speak on the topic ‘Programmatic Advertising’.

Anissa Holmes

Rory Burchenson is the Innovations and Digital Marketing Manager at Red Stripe, Heineken. Rory has led the strategic development and introduction of over thirty products to the Jamaican market; including the Talawah Lager Beer (Jamaica's first value beer), Smirnoff Ice, Green Apple and Redberry Crush flavours, D&G white rum, 250 ml Malta and Malta in a can, Red Stripe Sorrel and Lemon Paradise flavours. Under his stewardship, in under five years, Rory took these developmental strategies and documented a drastic increase in business contribution from innovations, moving from £1.2 million pounds in 2012 to being on track to deliver £9.8 million by the end of 2016.
He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the U.W.I in Psychology and Human Resource Management and has several certifications in mobile marketing, human behaviors, consumer logic and innovations. Among his many awards, he received the Top Gun Award for Excellence for Mobile Marketing and Project Leader of the year at Red Stripe.

Dr. Anissa Holmes is a social media strategist, business owner (dentist), author, podcaster, and speaker. Anissa teaches Facebook strategy that focuses on “Delivering WOW” in your business and understanding how to use Facebook to get your posts seen by your ideal new customers to maximize ROI. Anissa has used Facebook to explode the growth of her local business, which enjoys 10 times the industry standard of new customers and a 1500-2000% ROI every month from Facebook. Dr. Holmes is the host of the top iTunes podcast, The Delivering WOW Dental Podcast, and is also the author of the book, Delivering WOW: How Dentists Can Build a Fascinating Brand and Achieve More, While Working Less!

With over fifteen years’ experience in business information systems and over seven years’ experience in marketing, team management, business systems development and project management, Stacey is poised to impact any organization in a positive way. She successfully partners with stakeholders to define, develop and manage business operations and project implementations.  She possesses strong client communication skills on a global scale and has the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, business partners and executive peers. 

She holds an MBA in International Business and Technology as well as a BSc in Computer Information Systems.

As the Founding/Managing Director of Breakthrough Communications, Carlette DeLeon has embarked on a new phase of her professional career. This new challenge places her in an ideal position to take advantage of her multi-faceted skills in the communications and entertainment fields.

Carlette has extensive experience in marketing and public relations enhanced by keen knowledge of the entertainment industry. She was a featured presenter on RJR's Tech 4 Life, RETV's INtech and a frequent blogger on her own website. Previously, Carlette also co-hosted TVJ's morning news magazine programme - Smile Jamaica and contributed to a weekly newspaper column - Star's Tech: IT Easy in addition to magazine columns.  She also sits on the Boards of Multi-media Jamaica Ltd. (MMJ) and Gleaner Online Limited (GOL), subsidiaries of the Radio Jamaica Group.

She possesses a certificate course in Business Administration at the College of Arts Science and Technology (CAST, now UTech) where she pursued her Marketing Diploma.

Beyond her professional life, Carlette founded the Hope Elliott Foundation to provide scholarships and support to underprivileged students of The Queen’s High School and is a Justice of the Peace

Robert Morgan

Miguel Sanchez has been with Hootsuite for the past 4 years, implementing Enterprise Solutions with customers across Latin America and the Caribbean in order to help organizations transform their businesses. 

Miguel has a degree from the Vancouver School of Economics and a background in Technical Sales and Consulting. 

Hootsuite, a global leader in Social Media Management solutions, is leading Digital Transformation Projects with Enterprises across the world that are aiming to incorporate Social Media into their day-to-day businesses.

Robert Morgan is the current Director of Communications at the Office of the Prime Minister. He has worked in media and communications for over 10 years, the last 5 of which focused on Social Media and Public Relations.  He graduated with a BA in History from the University of the West Indies in 2004 and is currently pursuing a LLB from the University of London. After 5 years as a journalist and producer at NewsTalk 93 FM, CVM TV and RJR/TVJ, Robert left media in 2010 to focus on building a career in Public Relations. He eventually began managing the communications for Digicel Rising Stars, Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall, Guinness Sounds of Greatness and other brands and businesses of different sizes.
